Doug Handy becomes Apple Certified Technical Coordinator
(Old Lyme, CT-October 20, 2003)-Cashman Computer Associates announces Doug Handy, Senior Technician, receives the Apple Certified Technical Coordinator distinction (ACTC). The ACTC certification enables Cashman Computer Associates to effectively promote its Apple solutions division in supporting Apple computers with a recognized Apple certification. The ACTC certification verifies a foundation in MAC OS X and Mac OS X Server features and use, including the ability to configure key services and perform basic troubleshooting of the essential Mac OS X and OS X Server capabilities. According to Robert Cashman, President of CCA, “the ACTC designation indicates an assurance to our customers that they are receiving the best possible Apple system integration services possible.”
Mr. Handy has been a member of the CCA team since 2001 and provides customers with the highest-level technical assistance in website design and hosting, Apple support and issue resolution, and network design and implementation in a Mac environment. Mr. Handy has a B.A. in Computer Science from Middlebury College.
